Stone is a lifetime surface when it is fabricated properly and cared for simply. Here is how we stand behind our work — and how to keep yours beautiful.
Our assurance
Every K2 Stones piece is fabricated in-house and checked before delivery — dimensions, edges, finish and vein-matching. If something is not right with our workmanship, tell us and we will make it right. Project-specific assurances are agreed in writing with your quote; ask your consultant.
Caring for natural stone
- Seal marble, travertine and limestone on installation, and reseal periodically.
- Clean with a pH-neutral cleaner — never vinegar, lemon or harsh acids on marble.
- Wipe spills promptly, especially oil, tea and citrus. Use boards and coasters.
- Granite and quartz are more forgiving; Corian can be renewed by light buffing.
- Minor etching and scratches can often be professionally re-polished — ask us.
What to expect from natural stone
Natural stone varies — veining, tone and movement differ slab to slab, and that character is exactly why it is precious. We always encourage approving your actual slab at our Rawat yard before cutting, so what is installed is what you chose.
